Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 03.04.2025, registered as Case Crime no.115 of 2025, under sections 64(1), 61(2), 123, 108, 351(3) BNS, P.S. Lanka, District Varanasi. 3. It is informed by learned counsel for the parties that in the instant matter final report has already been submitted in the competent court. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to press an appropriate relief in accordance with law. 5.
