The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 31.3.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0122 of 2025, under Sections 87 BNS, 2023 at Police Station Salempur, District Deoria. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
