Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0224 of 2024 under Section 147, 323 IPC, P.S. Nawabganj, Distt. Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj). 3. It is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. An apprehension has been shown by the petitioner that either the police is protecting the accused or is not interested to take any action against them. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4.
