The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 28.8.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 401 of 2024, under Sections 333/103/3(5) BNS, P.S. - Akbarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to entertain in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
