Prayer made in the writ petition is to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.0047 of 2025, under Sections 85, 108 BNS 2023, Police Station-Khakhreru, District-Fatehpur. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 14.04.2025, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to press appropriate relief in accordance with law. 5.
