Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri Manoj Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant/respondent no. 4 and the learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 23.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0099 of 2025, under Section 137(2) B.N.S., P.S.- Nahtaur, District- Bijnor (Annexure No. 1). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners in support of submission contends that at no point of time, the second petitioner has eloped the informant's daughter. The victim and the second petitioner had preferred the instant writ petition with their joint affidavit. It is also pressed they have solemnized the marriage according to Muslim custom and at present they have joined their respective parents. It is further apprised that statement of the victim has also been recorded under Section 180/183 B
