The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the impugned FIR dated 14.09.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0091 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8/5B of U.P.Cow Slaughter Act, 11 Animals Cruelty Act and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Naugarh, District Chandauli. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned FIR has been lodged on false/ vexatious/ mischievous allegations, and no offences are made out against the petitioner. 4.
