The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 11.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.127 of 2025 under Sections 64 (1), 123, 351 (3) of B.N.S., P.S. Kaushambi, District Ghaziabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that chargesheet is already submitted before the competent court on 03.052025 and the reliefs have been sought for quashing the impugned FIR.
