The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 31.03.2025 being Case Crime No.0041 of 2025 under Section 316 (2), 318 (4), 352, 351 (2), 61 (2) BNS, P.S. Mughalsarai, Distt. Chandauli and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 29.03.2025 and as such no indulgence is required in the instant matter. Moreso, the chargesheet is also not under challenge. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition.
