This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the first information report dated 19.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 143/2025, Under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi, against the petitioners. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners with reference to first information report dated 19.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 143/2025, Under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned FIR has been lodged on false/vexatious/mischievous allegations and no offences are made out against the petitioners.
