Present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief: "I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent concerned to maintain the status of Government Appeal No.870 of 1992 - State of U.P. v/s Surajmal and others, on official web site of Allahabad High Court, within some reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;" 3. Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA-I states on instructions that the grievance of the petitioner is already redressed as the case is already lodged. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 5.
