Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent no.1 to 4 to take necessary and legal action against the respondent no.5 and other officials whom name found mentioned in the S.I.T. Report, who were involved in the selection process of the Asha Health Worker (Asha Sanghini), which was published in the year 2014-15 with regard to Primary Health Center Kotwa, Etbani, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under obligation to conduct the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously. He apprised the Court that the investigation is going on and the same would be concluded at the earliest, in accordance with law.
