This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 & 3 for fair, proper, impartial and speedy investigation in the first information report dated 14.02.2025 in case crime no. 0058 of 2025 under section 137 (2) of B.N.S.2023, P.S.- Bisauli, District- Budaun within stipulated period." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
