This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to conclude the investigation of First Information Report dated 30-12-2024 in Case Crime No. 0443 of 2024 Under Section 87 B.N.S. Police Station Cholapur District Varanasi expediousely as possible as within short stipulated period. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to make best effort regarding recovery of daughter of petitioner namely Shrishti and produce the daughter of petitioner Shrishti before this Hon'ble High Court." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4. Learned AGA,
