Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 01.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 210 of 2025, under Section 87 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The impugned FIR alleges that on 27.04.2025 at approximately 4:20 PM, the 21- year-old daughter of the informant was allegedly enticed and abducted by the petitioner no.2 along with his brother and sister. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition seeks quashing of the impugned FIR as both petitioners are majors, with petitioner
