Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 376 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S. at Police Station Izzat Nagar, District Bareillyand for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The informant alleges in the impugned FIR that his daughter, aged about 20 years, was enticed and taken away from the village by some unknown persons on 25.04.2025 between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioner No.1 is a major, born on 10.10.2003 as evidenced by her Voter ID Card, making her approximately 22 years of age
