Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned remand order dated 09.04.2025 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffar Nagar in First Information Report dated 25.02.2025 registered as case crime No. 46 of 2025 under sections 406,420,467, 468,471,120B I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Muzaffar Nagar and to direct the release of the petitioner on personal bond as the investigation is still going on. (which is Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of commanding Mandamus to respondents to release the petitioners on personal bond in case crime No. 46 of 2025 under sections 406,420,467
