This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 06.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0175 of 2025 under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 506 of the I.P.C. at Police Station- Dadari, District Gautam Budh Nagar (Greator Noida, Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar). 3. Once the court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to press the bail/ anticipatory bail before the learned Single Judge. 4.
