This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 03.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0057 of 2025, Under Sections 85, 103(1) B.N.S and 3/4 D.P Act, P.S Ghazipur, District Fatehpur. 3. Once the court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to press the bail/ anticipatory bail before the learned Single Judge. 4.
