The relief sought in this petition is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to monitor the modus operandi of his subordinate police officers (respondent nos. 4 to 7) and stop the repeated domiciliary visit by the respondent nos. 4 to 7 at the house of the petitioner. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on behalf of the accused (petitioner). Needless to say, it is always open for the petitioner to press the appropriate relief before the court concerned. 4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
