Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 27.7.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0180 of 2024, under Section 366 IPC, P.S. Kasna, Distt. Greater Noida (Commissionerate Gautambuddha Nagar) and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioners. The petitioners are major and have married with each other out of their own free will and consent and living happily as married couple. Aadhar Card/High School Marksheet as well as joint affidavit of both the petitioners are also brought on record.
