The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 04.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0128 of 2025 under Section 111 (3) BNS and 5/25 Arms Act, P.S. Lohiya Nagar, Distt. Meerut and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
