The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 11.03.2025 being Case Crime No.65 of 2025 under Sections 85, 131, 115 (2), 123 BNS & 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kakadev, Dist. Kanpur Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 01.05.2025 and as such no indulgence is required in the instant matter.
