Present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is preferred with request to issue direction to the respondents to release the petitioner on short term bail (Parole) for at least 10 days to attend the marriage ceremony of his son. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the marriage of the petitioner's son is already solemnized on 11.05.2025.
