Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 10.4.2024, registered as Case Crime No.69 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(3), 352 B.N.S.-2023 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. - Sinduriya, District- Maharajganj, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 14.04.2025. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is disposed of.
