The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioners have challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 12.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.126 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 190 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(2), 333, 110 B.N.S., 2023, P.S.- Mauaima, District- Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj). The petitioners have further prayed for issuance of a direction restraining the police authorities from effecting their arrest pursuant to the aforesaid impugned F.I.R. 3.
