Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 08.04.2024, registered as Case Crime No.10 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 316(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. - Mahila Thana, District- Gautam Budh Nagar need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 24.04.2025. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3.
