The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 19.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0031 of 2025 under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Antisocial Activities (prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Mainather, District Moradabad against the petitioner (Annexure No.1) to this writ petition. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus Commanding/directing the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No.0031 of 2025 under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Antisocial Activities (
