This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "Issue, a writ, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to instruct the Investigating Officer concerned ( Respondent No.4) to investigate the case fairly and expeditiously of Case Crime No.94 of 2025.
