Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "Issue, a writ, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to instruct the Investigating Officer concerned ( Respondent No.4) to investigate the case fairly and expeditiously of Case Crime No.94 of 2025. " 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 28.2.2024, as such, no cause of action survives.
