Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 9.3.2025 being Case Crime No.44 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2) BNS, at Police Station Sambhal, District Sambhal and for a direction to respondents not to take coercive action against the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3.
