Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 9.3.2025 being Case Crime No.44 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2) BNS, at Police Station Sambhal, District Sambhal and for a direction to respondents not to take coercive action against the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
