This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent nos. 4 to 7 to conduct effective, fair and impartial investigation and they may be directed to arrest the respondent nos. 4 to 7 immediately in respect of First Information Report dated 13.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No.79 of 2025 under Sections 115(2), 109(1) of B.N.S., at Police Station Najibabad, District Bijnor within suitable period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
