Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents no.2 and 3 to investigate the case bearing Case Crime No.147 of 2024, under Section 307 and 504 of IPC registered at Police Station Sasni Kotwali, District Hathras in a fair and proper manner. " 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that during investigation Section 9/25/27 of Arms Act is also added against the petitioner. He submits that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed
