Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Radha Kant Singh, learned counsel for the informant. 2. Prayer made in the writ petition is to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.89 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS 2023 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act 1961, Police Station-Soraon, District-Prayagraj. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 03.05.2025, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
