Kotwali Nagar, District- Banda. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court, as such, no cause of action survives. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 5.
