The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioners have challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 22.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.1078 of 2024, Under Sections 420,406 I.P.C. Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr.
