The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 13.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 83 of 2025 under Section 87 B.N.S. 2023, at Police Station-Agauta, District-Bulandshahr and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The impugned First Information Report was lodged by the informant regarding an incident allegedly occurring on 12.04.2025 at midnight.
