This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 08.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.218 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 109, 352 B.N.S., Police Station-Cantt., District- Gorakhpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
