Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 18.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0118 of 2025 under Section 87 B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Budaun and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. As per the impugned First Information Report, the informant has alleged that on 08.04.2025 at approximately 09:50 PM, his daughter aged about 21 years left home and did not return. Upon searching for her, the informant claims to have discovered that his daughter was lured and abducted by the petitioner No.2, for the purpose of marriage. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners conte
