Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 23.03.2024, registered as Case Crime no.0059 of 2024, under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, IPC, Police Station Madihan, District Mirzapur. 3. It is informed by learned counsel for the parties that in the instant matter the charge-sheet has already been submitted in the competent court. 4. Confronted with this situation, Sri Jitdendra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to press an appropriate relief in accordance with law. 5.
