The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 29.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0146 of 2025 under Sections 115 (2), 118 (1), 351 (3) and 352 B.N.S., Police Station Wazeerganj, District Budaun. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that chargesheet is already submitted before the competent court on 07.04.2025 and as such, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to institute fresh proceeding in accordance with law. 5.
