This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 18.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.127 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), B.N.S. and section 3(1) (Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)(v) of Prevention of Atrocities to SC/ST Act, 1989(Amended, 2015), Police Station Dhanari, District Sambhal and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR. 3. It is stated in the writ petition that both the petitioners are major and have married each other out of their own free will and as such no offence under the aforesaid sections is made out.
