Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report 12.03.2025 bearing Case Crime No. 34 of 2025 Under Section 80(2), 85 B.N.S., & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Radhanagar, District Fatehpur, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 02.05.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 4. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners
