The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioners have challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 05.04.2025 in case crime no.0127 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 352, 333, 74 of Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita P.S. Phulpur, District Prayagraj. The petitioners have further prayed for issuance of a direction restraining the police authorities from effecting his arrest pursuant to the aforesaid impugned F.I.R. 3.
