The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 13.03.2025 registered as Crime No. 0062 of 2025 under Sections 281 and 125 of Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita, 2023, Police Station-Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun.
