The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 29.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0514 of 2024, under Section 420, 406, 506 IPC, at Police Station Ramkola, District Kushinagar. Further request is made to issue a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned FIR is lodged on false allegations, and no offences are made out against the petitioner.
