Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 Constitution of India inter-alia with following reliefs:- (I) Issue a writ, order, rule or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 to conduct the enquiry in the matter and take appropriate illegal action upon the respondent no. 4 to 7 for their misconduct and manipulation in original documents by changing the date of birth." 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to interfere in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
