Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 21.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No.99/2025, under sections 115 (2), 352, 351(2) of BNS-2023 and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) SC/ST Act, at Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy
