The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioners have challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 28.03.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0084 of 2025, under Sections 75, 78, 352, 351 (2) of BNS, 2023 & Section 66E of I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station Kotwali Katra, District Mirzapur. The petitioners have further prayed for issuance of a direction restraining the police authorities from effecting their arrest pursuant to the aforesaid impugned F.I.R. 3.
