Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.50 of 2025 under Section 103 (1) of Bhartiya Nyay Sahnita, 2023, Police Station Palimukim, District Aligarh. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that chargesheet is already submitted before the competent court on 14.04.2025. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 5.
