The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 09.03.2025 being Case Crime No.0069 of 2025 under Sections 281, 125 BNS, P.S. Bisanda, Distt. Banda and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 13.04.2025 and as such no indulgence is required in the instant matter. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, liberty may be accorded to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed as
